car parking for one vehicle per apartment.
Cots & highchairs are available on request. Towels are
not included, but are available on request with an extra charge

BOOKINGS
The reservation
form must be completed and returned together with £120 deposit
( per apartment ) made payable to Alrose Villa, to 2 Highcliffe
Road, Swanage, Dorset, BH19 1LW. The balance
is due 2 weeks before commencement of holiday. Please send SAE
if receipt of balance is required.
OCCUPATION
Apartments
are available from 3:00 PM on the date of arrival and guests are
requested to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the date of departure. For insurance reasons, only persons named
on the reservation form may stay in the apartment booked. Visitors
are welcome to stay but the proprietor must be notified.
CANCELLATION
Should
you need to cancel, you will remain liable for the full cost of
the holiday if we are unable to re-let the apartment. You may
wish to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
LIABILITY
The apartment
must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All breakages and
damage must be paid for. All cars including contents are left
at their owners risk, and any loss or
damage is not the liability of the proprietors of Alrose Villa. |
